'Tama' won Highest Score in Trial and Winner of Winners and came 2nd in Open in the 17th Australian National Obedience Trial 1989.  In 1991 he won both the Victorian State Field Trial Championship and the NSW Field Trial Championship earning him the Victorian Gundog Field Trial Dog of the Year award.
